It gives us an opportunity to understand you and what you’re looking to achieve. It’s also an opportunity to get to know us and ask us any questions to see if we’re the right fit for you and your business.

Activate your account

We’ll set up your account and get you started. Your account allows us to track tasks and activities to ensure you are billed correctly for the services you receive. If needed, we can run reports weekly, monthly or quarterly, providing a comprehensive breakdown of tasks that have been completed.

We carry out your tasks

With your account set up (typically within 24hrs) we’re set and ready to start helping you and your business. We’re then on hand as and when you need us to support your growth, managing  your calls and carrying out your tasks. Credits can be split across a range of activities, providing you complete flexibility with our support.

How much does Admin Support cost?

Credits are the currency for tasks, making billing more straightforward and easy to understand. Available individually or better value in packs for frequent tasks and ongoing support. If you’re using one of our coworking spaces, you may get credits included in your membership.

The price of tasks varies by complexity and/or time taken to complete. Bigger tasks cost more while more straightforward tasks cost less.

As part of our onboarding process, we’ll want to get to know you and your business. With more detail around your requirements, we’ll be able to provide you with pricing and timescale expectations.
